Fiasco! sinks the USS Rock n Roll

Fiasco! came last night to see if they could make it to five wins inside the square circle of the UCB Cagematch. Fiasco! a five person team would find themselves up against an ocean liner known as the USS Rock n Rock and they came preparred for battle. USS Rock n Roll won the coin toss and choose to go to second which mean Fiasco! was up first.

Fiasco! set the bar high and would make it a difficult act to follow after a intervention scene, where a friend has been using a power glove. Fiasco! even had baby eating waves, global warming can cause anything these days!

Just as Fiasco! was finishing the USS Rock n Roll was headed to sea for one hell of a battle. They ended up going down into the world of Dungeon and Dragons and kitty cats. With one mintue left, they called a timeout, to go find an actually cat, but all they could find were paper towels.

After an amazing battle the show was in the audience hands, would they vote Fiasco! a team that has proven for four weeks they deserve another week as Cagematch Champs or the USS Rock n Roll, who came in like a force and made the audience die of laughter?

The votes were counted, and 100% of the polls reporting, it was announced that Fiasco! had won again for record of 5-0.

Fiasco! doesn't need Imaginary Friends

Last Wednesday Fiasco! took on the group "Imaginary Friends" in the square circle of improv. Fiasco! took charge early on by winning the coin toss and choosing to go first.

Fiasco! went on some crazy rides throughout their show, which included a ride at a amusement park. After 20 mins, Fiasco! left the stage after having a killer set.

Out came Imaginary Friends, which was news to host, Harrison Brown, to find out that his imaginary friend, Thad wasn't on the team, but the team actually consisted of real friends, which included Andrew Wollman, Andie Bolt, Scott Davis, Peter Dirksen, Brendan McGovern, James Ross, Jonny Swarzbein, and Daniel Weiss. They had a great first 13 minutes and then... the called a "time out" the first time out of 2009, for a little seven minute stretch sign along. After the sing along they finished their set with some great improv!

The audience casted their vote, their votes were counted, and a winner was determined... Fiasco! wins again!

Once again another great hour of improv at the UCB Cagematch!

Fiasco! crushes the human giant, Michael Clark Duncan

On a very special Valentine's day edition of Cagematch, there was a very fierce match between the current Champs "Fiasco!" and "Michael Clark Duncan."

To start the night off, Harrison Brown was interrupted by a merchant selling flowers to a "Too Cool for School" type in the front row. After repeatedly being asked to leave he returned with chocolates and then a dildo. This is how a very special Valentine's Day Cagematch begun.

Fiasco lost the coin toss and Michael Clark Duncan choose to go second, so Fiasco! was out of the gate and running. Fiasco defending their title of 2-0 with great honor.

In the second half of the show Michael Clark Duncan came out and showed the audience that Michael Clark Duncan is so much more than a really huge actor, he is also an amazing improv team made up of all girls including, Julia Bensfield, Becky Feldman, Cissy Fenwick,, Lindsey Jacobson, Zoe Jarman.

After both teams performed the audience voted and the votes were counted twice since it was so close, but the returning Champions Fiasco! won for another week.

Fiasco! is to defend their title on Wed Feb 18th vs. Imaginary Friends.
